Oct. 10 8:46 PM PT9:46 PM MT10:46 PM CT11:46 PM ET4:46 AM GMT12:46 AM 北京时间-Nathan was charged with a blown save in Minnesota's loss to the Yankees on Friday in Game 2.
Analysis: Nathan, who blew five save opportunities during the regular season, gave up a two-run home to Alex Rodriguez to tie the game. It was the first multi-run homer Nathan has allowed all year.
Sep. 3 2:26 PM PT3:26 PM MT4:26 PM CT5:26 PM ET10:26 PM GMT6:26 AM 北京时间-Nathan suffered a fifth blown save in 40 chances with a late meltdown in a 4-2 loss to the White Sox on Wednesday.
Analysis: He had a two-run lead with the bases empty in the ninth, but then allowed back-to-back homers and two more runs and was unable to finish the inning. Nathan has had a couple of uncharacteristically tough outings lately, but it still doesn't seem like anything to get too concerned about.

Analysis: Nathan entered with a career ERA of 0.73 against the Royals and had converted 31 of 34 save chances this season, but he allowed a two-out solo home run to Brayan Pena that tied the game. After the Twins scored in the 10th, however, Nathan worked a second inning to end the game.

Analysis: Nathan, an All-Star closer who had converted 20 straight save chances and hadn't even allowed a run since May 15. Nathan, who had made 24 straight scoreless appearances, has blown just three saves all season.

Apr. 29 1:20 PM PT2:20 PM MT3:20 PM CT4:20 PM ET9:20 PM GMT5:20 AM 北京时间-Nathan suffered his first blown save of the season Tuesday but was on the mound long enough to get the win.
Analysis: After pitching four scorless innings, Nathan gave up a run on Tuesday to the Rays. He has a 2.57 ERA this season.
Mar. 2 11:03 PM PT12:03 AM MT1:03 AM CT2:03 AM ET7:03 AM GMT3:03 PM 北京时间-Nathan will skip the World Baseball Classic because of soreness in his pitching shoulder the past five days.
Analysis: "I think we backed off it early enough to where it won't be an issue," said Nathan, who aggravated the AC joint, which connects the collarbone and clavicle at the top of the shoulder. Nathan called the decision not to play for Team USA a difficult one. It leaves B.J. Ryan of the Blue Jays or J.J. Putz of the Mets as the likely closer candidates. The 34-year-old Nathan was 1-2 with a 1.33 ERA and 39 saves last season. He has averaged 39.8 saves over the past five years.
